Return Policy

At LOAVIE Montreal, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
• Only complete items can be returned; missing parts or accessories will not be accepted.
• Sale items, as well as personalized or custom-made items, are not eligible for returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within 14 business days. We will keep you informed about the status of your return and refund via email at info@loaviemontreal.com.
